<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">A onde está a ética no desporto?<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">Epistemologicamente, a palavra
ética tem origem na palavra grega “ethos” (princípio, alicerce, fundamento) e
significa o conjunto de princípios e valores que formam o caracter de cada
indivíduo. Assim, esta palavra encerra em si um pensamento filosófico,
referindo-se ao fundamento do nosso ser, aos princípios orientados que moldam o
nosso agir e que por sua vez, se refletem em todas as nossas dimensões.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">A ética deverá estar presente em
todos os escalões etários do desporto, principalmente nos escalões de formação,
cujo objetivo principal é a festa, a diversão, comunicação e formação do caracter
de um ser em plena transformação.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">A <i>ética</i> e o <i>desporto</i>
devem andar sempre de mãos dadas!<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">A educação de um jovem atleta
deve ter em consideração esta evidência: <b><u>a construção do futuro faz-se no
presente!</u></b> Esta afirmação exorta a necessidade de refletir sobre a forma
como os nossos jovens encaram a prática desportiva e sobre a forma como todos
os agentes desportivos, incluindo os pais, os podem ajudar a compreender a sua
dimensão.<o:p></o:p></p>

sido um ato isolado. Que todos os agentes desportivos tenham a humildade e a
capacidade de refletir sobre a forma como os jovens devem encarar a prática
